How your values can shape your evaluations

Values are principles or standards of behaviour, one’s judgement of what is important in life. – Google Search (www.google.com.ng).

The worth of anything is relative to your person; the sick need a doctor, the poor need aid, a fish needs water, birds need open skies. A delicacy in Asia may be distasteful in Africa, who you are, largely prescribes the value that will be associated to things around you. Who you are and the value you place on yourself is defined by your perception. Your value is the pillar on which perception is built, your perception in turn affects every other aspect of your life. The things you highly esteem will greatly reinforce you perceptions in life.

Perception shapes your world, nurtures your capabilities and moulds your future. Values enable potential maximization by accentuating certain competences which in turn influences and entrenches your person.

Evaluation is a function of value.
